What is Manhattan Moonshine?
Put simply, Manhattan Moonshine is a lighter, softer, and more versatile Whiskey that can be used in a much wider variety of cocktails than any brown Whiskey can be.
In other words, Manhattan Moonshine is to Whiskey what White Rum is to Rum and Silver Tequila is to Tequila.
Inspired by the cocktail renaissance that occurred during American Prohibition, Manhattan Moonshine has been developed to be a soft sipping Whiskey and the perfect Whiskey for cocktails.
Because Manhattan Moonshine is aged for less than one hour in oak barrels, it has none of the heavier barrel flavors like Oak and Smoke that make heavily aged Whiskeys less approachable to drink straight up and make them harder to mix.
This means that Manhattan Moonshine is soft and sip-able by itself but can also be used in an almost endless variety of cocktails, using flavors and ingredients that heavily aged Whiskey cannot mix with.
